Research shows, for example, that the gender pay gap persists in countries across the EU, despite higher average educational attainment among women. EQT: The Gender Equality Toolkit for Working Women and Friends, created by IKEM and Ellery Studio, takes an innovative approach to combating sexism at work. The illustrated poster, infographic handbook, and role-playing card game contained in the toolkit provide an ideal entry point for empowering, productive discussions on gender equality, with enough comics-style illustrations to keep the tone light.
